Sarasota Dog Show: All Bark, No Talent Required
Does your dog’s greatest talent involve napping, begging for snacks, or barking at absolutely nothing? Perfect. They’re exactly who we’re looking for at the West-MUTTster Dog Show.
The Bazaar on Apricot & Lime is going to the dogs on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the West-MUTT-ster Dog Show presented by Satchel’s Last Resort! We’re celebrating dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities while raising money for a wonderful cause. And we mean it when we say: Absolutely NO talent is needed for this Sarasota Dog Show!
Every Dog Deserves a Moment in the Spotlight
There’s no need to practice a routine or teach your pup a new trick. Just bring your four-legged best friend and let their personality do the work. A happy wiggle, a distinguished gray muzzle, or a tiny strut with big attitude? We’re here for all of it.
Dogs can enter one of three categories:
Large & In Charge: Big paws, big personalities, and probably very little awareness of how much room they take up on the couch.
Senior Strut: A celebration of our seasoned best friends, whose sweet faces and years of experience make them impossible to resist.
Pint Sized: Small dogs, this is your big moment. Bring that larger-than-life attitude and show everyone how it’s done.
We have amazing prizes for each category, so your pup could head home with more than compliments.
A Little Strut for a Good Cause
Registration is $10 per dog, and every dollar goes to Satchel’s Last Resort. That means your dog’s moment in the spotlight helps support Satchel’s and the animals in its care.
We love bringing our community together, especially when a little fun can do some good. This time, we’re letting the dogs lead the way.
Come for the Dogs, Stay for The Bazaar
Don’t have a dog to enter? Come cheer! Every contestant deserves an enthusiastic audience, and watching a parade of pups is a pretty great way to spend a Saturday.
While you’re here, explore The Bazaar’s shops filled with local art, handmade finds, clothing, vintage treasures, and plenty of unexpected discoveries. Bring a friend, support our local businesses and enjoy a day with the Bazaar family—furry members included.
