Barbara & Wilson of Creative Hands of Sarasota

One of the Fab Four (Bazaar Family since Day One) is Barbara Gall Winner of Creative Hands of Sarasota.

She's our Vintage Queen and knows a lot about all things 50s, 60s, and 70s. She sells vintage collectibles, pottery, jewelry, and amusing oddities. In fact, one of those amusing items, an "upstairs potty" was featured several times on Bazaar Shopping Network because it just made you crack up!

"My inspiration is to provide an outlet for people to enjoy repurposed, useable items."

And if you don't recognize Barbara, you'll certainly recognize Wilson, her 11-year old PomChi. If Barbara is here, Wilson is here. She never goes anywhere without him. While Wilson has been a "ladies man" for years, he is currently smitten with Doxie. Doxie belongs to Cauleen, one of our newest vendors at The Bazaar. Who says you can't find LOVE among all the other treasures at The Bazaar?


Barbara was born in Sarasota. Her parents owned a fruit shipping store and fresh juice bar on Main Street. Although she grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, she moved back to Sarasota in 1981. She spent 35 years at Sarasota High School. Since retiring she has been able to pursue her passion for thrifting full time.
